NOBLE GRACE LOGISTICS LTD was first established as a business name and operated under EVER GRACE INTEGRATED RESOURCES, primarily dealing in haulage services. It was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria on 28th March, 2012, with Business Name (BN): 2201343.

As the company identified the need to expand into other areas of logistics such as freight forwarding, customs brokerage, cargo consolidation, clearing and forwarding, and haulage, NOBLE GRACE LOGISTICS LTD was incorporated and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria on 31st March, 2022, with Company Registration Number (RC): 1913038.

The company still retains EVER GRACE INTEGRATED RESOURCES as its haulage division.

Our History

NOBLE GRACE LOGISTICS LTD was established as a one-stop shop for logistics and freight forwarding service provision. The company is licensed by the Nigerian Customs Service as a licensed customs agent to handle both import and export clearance. Its license is domiciled at Apapa Port, Tincan Port, and Grimaldi Port. The company aims to reduce endless delays in international trade and eliminate unnecessary demurrages encountered by importers and exporters through its just-in-time, seamless, and professional service delivery.

At Noble Grace Logistics Ltd, our customer is our king. We tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each client, understanding that satisfaction means different things to different people. The company was born out of the need to redefine logistics and freight forwarding services by a seasoned logistics consultant who applies a non-conventional approach to service delivery, consistently adding value to our clients.
